Malini Shah, among four Indians honored at Diwali Mela
NEW YORK: Social activist Malini Shah, were among the four prominent Indian-Americans honored for their service to the community in their chosen fields at the gala Deepavali mela organized by New York City Council Member Peter Koo in the historic Flushing Town Hall in New York.
Jessica Bauch of Nritya Kala Kendra sang the American National Anthem. Shanna Somaroo performed from Nritya Kala Kendrain front of a large audience.
